Details you send us
The quote form passes us four things: your name, a phone number, the address of the property and the type of problem you chose. A phone call to us leaves a record of your number and the call time in our phone system.
What they are used for
Calling you back, booking the visit, writing the remediation scope and keeping the photos, readings and paperwork that go with a mold job. Nothing you send is sold or handed to marketers.
Sharing
Your information goes to the team doing the work and to the companies that run this site, carry form messages and route our calls for us. On your request, job records go to your insurance adjuster, your mold assessor or your building's manager.
Call recording
Some calls are recorded to check details and for training. A short announcement plays first whenever recording is switched on.
Server records
Our web host keeps routine server logs (IP addresses, browser type, pages loaded) for security and troubleshooting. We may also use call tracking and basic analytics to see which pages bring in calls and quote requests.
